About Us
David Carpio, Sr.
Founder
David Sr. is a great example of working hard and dreaming big. With the help of God, anything is possible. God deserves all the praise and glory. Our dad raised us with these simple but important ideals and led by example.
From his early days as a laborer, bricklayer, and foreman to his more recent days of owning his own masonry company, he has maintained a strong work ethic. Self-made is one way of describing Dad, but we prefer to describe him as a leader.
David Carpio, Jr.
Superintendent
David Jr. graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with double majors in Business Management & Marketing. Upon graduating, he eagerly joined his father to help expand and enhance the family business in the masonry industry. Over the years, he has successfully overseen and completed a diverse range of projects, showcasing our capabilities across various sectors.
Some notable projects in his portfolio include the construction of Bluhawk Sports Park, where precision and quality were paramount to meet the sporting community's needs. Additionally, he spearheaded the completion of Topgolf facilities, demonstrating our ability to deliver specialized construction solutions for entertainment venues.
Beyond leisure and entertainment, David led teams in building critical infrastructure such as Water Treatment Facilities and Fire Stations. These projects demanded meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and a deep understanding of specialized requirements.
Through these experiences, David cultivated strong relationships with reputable companies, architects, and developers. These relationships have not only resulted in successful collaborations but have also positioned him as a trusted and recommended contractor within the industry.
